Chocolate Green Avocado Smoothie


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup chard
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 small banana


Place all items in blender. Cover. Pulse and blend at low speed. Increase blending speed as ingredients blend. Blend until smooth
