Simple Asian Microgreens Salad

Recipe Makes: 2 side salads, triple ingredients for entree size salad

Featured CF Greens:

  • broccoli microgreens

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli microgreens
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/3 cup small tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 tsp Garnish of sesame seeds

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Directions:

  • Each serving is built individually for artful placement of ingredients
  • place ingredients in bowl in order of listing
  • mix dressing and spoon on salad to taste
  • garnish with sprinkle of sesame seeds
