Simple Asian Microgreens Salad
Recipe Makes: 2 side salads, triple ingredients for entree size salad
Featured CF Greens:
- broccoli microgreens
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli microgreens
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/3 cup small tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 tsp Garnish of sesame seeds
Dressing:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup/
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
Directions:
- Each serving is built individually for artful placement of ingredients
- place ingredients in bowl in order of listing
- mix dressing and spoon on salad to taste
- garnish with sprinkle of sesame seeds
