Fill a large pot with water, add salt. When water comes to a boil, add pasta. Prepare al dente / according to package instructions. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil and coarse salt.
Immediately put hot pasta in a serving bowl and add fresh broccoli microgreens on top of pasta. Add parmesan, coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper and squeeze lemon to taste.
Note: if combining is done right after the pasta is drained, the temperature of the pasta will be hot enough to nicely blanche the tender broccoli microgreens. If time has elapsed between cooking the pasta and preparing the dish, you may want to sauté briefly in a pan
